Refund policy

We take care in producing and packaging our products. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to the packages once they leave our hands.
Due to this, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. 

If we incorrectly fulfilled the items for your order, please contact us at Marion@Granolala.ca and we will be happy to make it right.

Food products cannot be canceled or returned for any reason other than damages once it has been shipped per Federal law. All food items must be destroyed when they are returned.
